The solution digitised the entire vehicle estate and streamlined maintenance processes through branded mobile apps for customers, riders, crews, and mechanics. Faults reported in-app trigger automated service orders, dispatched in real time to third-party crews.
Maintenance crews plan and assign tasks with built-in scheduling and route optimisation, while mechanics record all repair activities and parts used. Inventory movement is tracked from central warehouse to field, with complete auditability. The platform also integrates with Moby’s finance system to support seamless invoicing and SLA reporting.
